The reality of shopping is constantly changing and evolving, in a period in which e-commerce has become a common practice, physical shopping sees the field of experience as a defense: the emotional part is one of the main reasons why customers prefer physical shopping rather than digital shopping. The research focuses on the field of experiences and opportunities that can be created and aims to move from a client belonging to a general group to a specific client, making him feel special and connected with the space and the brand. Through a comparison between the world of theme parks and Serravalle center, the research focused on theories concerning both the architectural and the emotional spheres. The goal of the research is to create a project capable of differentiating the offer based on the different types of users by creating multiple scenarios based on the interests developed by selected categories of users. The purpose of these scenarios is to introduce a new experience within the center, which can offer the customer a moment of entertainment by creating a connection between the physical space other than the act of purchase.

Abstract
The purpose of these scenarios is to introduce a new experience within the center, which can offer the customer a moment of entertainment by creating a connection between the physical space other than the act of purchase.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
