At the beginning of 2020, a sudden epidemic plunged the orderly life into silence.In the face of the onslaught of the epidemic, the Ministry of Education promptly put forward a request for “suspension of classes and non-stop schooling”, which was quickly met with a positive response from all sectors of society, sending online learning platforms, which had been growing steadily, straight into rapid growth. The online learning platform became an indispensable learning platform for students in the epidemic. But currently in China. In the “post-epidemic era” when corona is under control, how should online learning develop? So I studied the development direction of online learning. In the future, the valuable part is no longer the knowledge itself, but the exchange, communication, discussion and inspiration in the process of using the knowledge, and the knowledge can only play the greatest value in the use... So I learned about the development direction of “socialization”. However, the current research on social online learning is relatively small in terms of experience, mostly in the field of pedagogy and technology, and the effect on improving the learning experience is not obvious. Therefore, this paper first introduces the research on social online learning, experience and learning, and social cognitive theory, and also combines the theoretical foundations related to associationism, constructivism, and social learning to explore socialization as the inevitable direction of online learning development. Through the preliminary research on online learning products, I understand the problematic direction of the current online learning product experience and assist the next user research phase. In the user research phase, I selected students and office workers aged 18-30 as the target group, and used a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to study the social experience and demand of online learning. By investigating the social experience of the target group on the online learning platform, I focused on and explored the needs and motivations of users in the online learning process; I organized and summarized the factors influencing the social online learning experience from the perspective of learning motivation, and established a social learning behavior model. At the same time, the demand analysis was used to determine the diverse demand points of users in the process of social online learning, and the learning demands were transformed into functional points to provide design direction for the social online learning platform. With the conclusion of the design direction, a case study of the popular platform-based online learning products in the current market was conducted, and a detailed analysis was made in terms of functions, interactions, and product positioning, which also gradually formed the prototype of the final design project. Based on the above research, I developed Smart planet, a social learning application that provides college students with companionship as a Learning Partner, combined with design directions to solve the problems of loneliness and lack of emotional interaction in online learning, lack of learning scenarios and knowledge construction, and lack of personalized learning service strategies. The product is characterized by a “one-stop” learning platform built according to learning paths and an active learning mechanism, providing users with a positive social learning experience. All’inizio di 2020, un’epidemia improvvisa fa cadere la vita originariamente ordinata in un silenzio.Di fronte alla minacciosa situazione epidemica, il Ministero dell’istruzione ha presentato tempestivamente l’esigenza di “nessuna sospensione delle classi” e ha subito ricevuto la risposta positiva da tutti i settori della società, che ha reso la piattaforma di apprendimento online che era stata in uno sviluppo stabile entrare nella rapida crescita.La piattaforma di apprendimento online è diventata una piattaforma di apprendimento indispensabile per gli studenti nella situazione epidemica, ma come sviluppare l’apprendimento online nell’era post-epidemia quando la corona è sotto controllo in Cina? Allo stesso tempo, attraverso l’analisi delle esigenze, vengono determinate le esigenze diversificate degli utenti nel processo di apprendimento online sociale, e le esigenze di apprendimento vengono trasformate in punti di funzione, che forniscono la direzione progettuale per la piattaforma di apprendimento online sociale.Con la conclusione della direzione di progettazione, questo foglio analizza i prodotti di apprendimento online popolari sul mercato dagli aspetti di funzione, interazione e posizionamento del prodotto, e forma gradualmente il prototipo del progetto di progettazione finale.
