In this digital age, the financial industry has undergone tremendous changes through technological innovation. Mobile payment, online banking, and online financial services appear in different forms and complement each other with offline financial service stores. The emergence of the “virtual” concept gave birth to new businesses. Since people are dissatisfied with the services of the financial industry, user behavior patterns are changing at this fast pace and a people-oriented service idea was formed. “comprehensive”and “fast” have become contemporary keywords in the service and spatial design approach. Nowadays, financial institutions are no longer offering only a single kind of function. In addition to financial attributes, it also plays a role in financial education and experience sharing in community development. For example, financial institutions and communities jointly carry out special activities such as fraud prevention forums, children’s property management and values education. These activities have also promoted the upgrading and transformation of financial institutions. The research aims to explore new financial spatial prototypes using the “matrix” concept to provide various conveniences in financial services and create a platform for people to meet personal cash business, corporate financial business, securities and Demand for financial services and mobile payments. The project will propose feasible solutions based on actual condition.in Italy, explore the possibility of the development of a new Internet finance space design. This thesis is based on a of literature review to introduce the direction of the design development . To summarize the changes in the role of physical space, various technologies have been applied to the Internet financial space and human activities. Through case studies, the thesis will describe current life patterns and summarize various Internet financial space prototypes.
In questa era digitale, il settore finanziario ha subito enormi cambiamenti grazie all'innovazione tecnologica. Mobile payment, online banking e servizi finanziari online vengono visualizzati in forme diverse e si completano a vicenda con negozi di servizi finanziari offline. L'emergere del concetto "virtuale" ha dato vita a nuove imprese. Poiché le persone sono insoddisfatte dei servizi del settore finanziario, i modelli di comportamento degli utenti stanno cambiando a questo ritmo rapido ed è stata creata un'idea di servizio orientata alle persone. "Completo" e "veloce" sono diventate parole chiave contemporanee nell'approccio al servizio e alla progettazione spaziale.
