First of all, this thesis analyzes different types of tourist towns by classification, and draws several major factors for the success of tourist towns. Then, through a case of having both tourism resources and cultural heritage, the relationship between the two is analyzed. At the same time, it analyzes the tourism data of Wuzhen, a cultural heritage town, and combines previous successful cases, give suggestions on the development of local tourism. Finally, it summarizes the commonalities of the development and evolution of tourist towns, and explained the importance of tourism to cultural heritage towns. The first chapter of this thesis introduces the origin and development history of towns tourism, and by classifying the tourism resources of towns such as Chamonix, France and Queenstown, New Zealand, summarizes the main factors for successful towns tourism: Compound tourism function ;Serve diversified consumers;Interactive cultural exchange; Break down operational barriers of time and season and develop derivative industries. In the second chapter, through reverse thinking, I first found the Cinque Terre in Italy according to the evaluation criteria and rules of the world heritage, combined with the value of the heritage. It also has rich tourism resources and has become a world heritage site. Through the analysis of this successful case, it is realized that the resources of cultural tourism industry and the world heritage may be derived from the local people's architecture, living environment and production lifestyle. Therefore, the balance between tourism and world heritage is based on the well-being of local people. Chapter three first introduces the history and background of Wuzhen. Since Wuzhen has a theatre festival and the World Internet Conference, it takes Davos, Switzerland as an example to illustrate the importance of large conferences or festivals to the development of the town. Then from the perspective of Wuzhen's cultural value and its universality and authenticity, it analyzes and summarizes the possibility of Wuzhen becoming a world cultural heritage. Finally, through the analysis of the current tourism resources and tourism market conditions in Wuzhen. Summarize the advantages, disadvantages and development direction of Wuzhen.And give some suggestions for the development of tourism. Finally, it summarizes the commonalities of the development and evolution of tourist towns, and explained the importance of tourism to cultural heritage towns.
Prima di tutto, questa tesi analizza i diversi tipi di città turistiche per classificazione e trae diversi fattori importanti per il successo delle città turistiche. Quindi, attraverso un caso di avere sia risorse turistiche che patrimonio culturale, viene analizzata la relazione tra i due. Allo stesso tempo, analizza i dati del turismo di Wuzhen, una città patrimonio culturale, e combina precedenti casi di successo, fornisce suggerimenti sullo sviluppo del turismo locale. Infine, riassume le caratteristiche comuni dello sviluppo e dell'evoluzione delle città turistiche e spiega l'importanza del turismo per le città del patrimonio culturale. Il primo capitolo di questa tesi introduce l'origine e la storia dello sviluppo del turismo delle città e, classificando le risorse turistiche di città come Chamonix, Francia e Queenstown, Nuova Zelanda, riassume i principali fattori per il turismo di città di successo: Funzione del turismo compost; Serve diversificato consumatori; Scambio culturale interattivo; Abbatti le barriere operative del tempo e della stagione e sviluppa le industrie dei derivati. Nel secondo capitolo, attraverso il pensiero inverso, ho innanzitutto trovato le Cinque Terre in Italia secondo i criteri e le regole di valutazione del UNESCO World Heritage, uniti al valore del patrimonio. Ha anche ricche risorse turistiche ed è diventato un sito del patrimonio mondiale. Attraverso l'analisi di questo caso di successo, ci si rende conto che le risorse dell'industria del turismo culturale e del patrimonio mondiale possono derivare dall'architettura della popolazione locale, dall'ambiente di vita e dallo stile di vita produttivo. Pertanto, l'equilibrio tra turismo e patrimonio mondiale si basa sul benessere della popolazione locale. Il terzo capitolo introduce per primo la storia e il background di Wuzhenparte di UNESCO World Heritage. Dal momento che Wuzhen ha un festival teatrale e la World Internet Conference, ci vuole Davos, in Svizzera, come esempio per illustrare l'importanza di grandi conferenze o festival per lo sviluppo della città.
