In the last years, the continuous cuts in healthcare have led to the centralization of many services in hospitals, at the expense of the local area. The ideas of "wise city" and "city of 15 minutes" evolve city planning by placing at the center the quality of life, well-being and the services will return closer to the citizen. In the health sector, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of the system in order to reach a balance between the public budget and the need to guarantee the right to health fairly. In thesis there is a proposition of a territorial health service for post-tumor follow-up through diagnostic imaging: health is brought closer to the citizen, relieving hospital structures.

Negli ultimi anni i continui tagli alla sanità hanno portato all’accentramento di molti servizi nelle strutture ospedaliere, a discapito del territorio. I concetti di “wise city” e “città dei 15 minuti” evolvono la pianificazione della città ponendo al centro la qualità della vita, il benessere e i servizi che torneranno verso il cittadino. In ambito sanitario è necessario migliorare l’efficienza del sistema per ottenere l’equilibrio tra il bilancio pubblico e l’esigenza di garantire in modo equo il diritto alla salute. Viene proposto il progetto di un servizio sanitario territoriale per il follow-up post-tumorale tramite l’imaging diagnostico: la sanità viene riavvicinata al cittadino, sgravando le strutture ospedaliere.
