This thesis is about the development of a MatLab script able to simulate the thermodynamic cycle of industrial chillers in order to define the operative conditions that maximize the SEPR of the machine, the seasonal energy permormance ratio. Functions that simulate the simulate the behaviour of each component of the chiller have been developed and discussed. The final purpose of this project is to assess, given a certain set of components, if the chiller complies with the SEPR limits imposed by the Ecodesign directive.

Abstract
This thesis is about the development of a MatLab script able to simulate the thermodynamic cycle of industrial chillers in order to define the operative conditions that maximize the SEPR of the machine, the seasonal energy permormance ratio. Functions that simulate the simulate the behaviour of each component of the chiller have been developed and discussed. The final purpose of this project is to assess, given a certain set of components, if the chiller complies with the SEPR limits imposed by the Ecodesign directive.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
