Sustainable urban metamorphosis. The synergy between tourist and habitants revives identity in Bushehr old town

His room, an ordinary human room, if somewhat too small, lay peacefully between the four familiar walls.....’ Franz Kafka ,Metamorphosis, 1914 In this part of the book Kafka sets the starting image of nature and hu man,man has precisely became a nature,and at the end of this fiction, beetle, which has been neglected in his room for a while, dies.nature loses out again. Bushehr is a city of bright sun, the sea and soil. In the former age due to the scorching sun the city was designed in a compact way, the narrow streets with its twists and turns, and the special design of the alleys, drew wind into its urban squares. It was an Eco-friendly architecture that was perfectly suited to its hot and humid climate. Over time and over the years, this unique architecture and narrow streets has created warm-blooded people who are interested in night gatherings and the culture of poetry.Today, the modern texture of Bushehr is in front of the historical con text and people have decided to leave the old fabric and move to the modern context due to the lack of suitable living facilities, which has caused serious damage to the historical fabric, out of 300 families. Living in the old context, there are only 70 families left who will move sooner or later. Lack of attention to the region has prevented the at traction of tourists. As a result of all the mentioned concerns habitants are losing the sense of the place grounded in the past, the identity of city and the value of the area in attracting tourists which can lead to circular economy. The aim of this project is to use the sustainable urban Metamorphosis -a transformative architecture able to acknowledge environmental and local concerns- to transform the old fabric of Bushehr and change it into a sustainable tourism hub in a 20-years plan. In terms of architecture, the historical texture of Bushehr has high features and it is important to preserve it and create a program to attract tourists to the old fabric.

Bushehr è una città di sole splendente, mare e terra. Nell'era precedente a causa del sole cocente la città è stata progettata in modo compatto, il strade strette con le sue curve e curve, e il design speciale del vicoli, attirava il vento nelle sue piazze urbane. Era un'architettura ecologica che si adattava perfettamente al suo clima caldo e umido. Nel tempo e negli anni, questa architettura unica e stretta le strade hanno creato persone a sangue caldo che sono interessate alla notte incontri e la cultura della poesia. Oggi, il tessuto moderno di Bushehr si trova di fronte al contesto storico e le persone hanno deciso di lasciare il vecchio tessuto e trasferirsi nel contesto moderno per la mancanza di adeguate strutture abitative, che ha ha provocato gravi danni al tessuto storico, su 300 famiglie. Vivendo nel vecchio contesto, sono rimaste solo 70 famiglie che si trasferiranno presto o tardi. La mancanza di attenzione per la regione ha impedito l'attrazione dei turisti. A causa di tutte le preoccupazioni menzionate, gli abitanti stanno perdendo il senso del luogo radicato nel passato, l'identità della città e il valore dell'area nell'attrazione turistica che può portare a un'economia circolare. Lo scopo di questo progetto è utilizzare la Metamorfosi urbana sostenibile -un'architettura trasformativa in grado di riconoscere l'ambiente e preoccupazioni locali- trasformare il vecchio tessuto di Bushehr e trasformarlo in un polo turistico sostenibile in un piano ventennale. In termini di architettura, la trama storica di Bushehr ha caratteristiche elevate ed è importante preservarlo e creare un programma per attirare i turisti nel vecchio tessuto.
