The rise of Internet finance has dramatically lowered the threshold for all kinds of financial products and services, and many options such as online payment, lending, investment, and insurance are at people's fingertips in a single click. The simple, convenient, and efficient decision-making process has made financial inclusion for the general public possible. However, as an essential part of Internet financial users, college investors generally lack financial literacy, sufficient financial knowledge, and correct financial investment concepts. They are prone to ignore risks, follow the trend, and other irrational investment operations, resulting in financial losses. In this context, this paper studies how financial platform companies can create value with users to improve this situation. Investment platform companies provide pre-investment education and preparation services for college investors. Pre-investment services help college students improve their investment ability, establish correct investment concepts, acquire professional knowledge, and assist college users in making better financial decisions. The core of service realization is that the platform obtains value from the service provided. In the service process, the platform builds up the trust of users to improve their satisfaction and loyalty; it obtains insights from users on their characteristics and service needs to enhance its service innovation ability and competitive advantage in the market. The service content and objectives are closely related to the needs of college student investors. This study first conducts in-depth research on the theory of financial literacy of college students, summarizes the current models and specific initiatives provided by financial literacy education, analyzes the problems faced by education, and understands the objectives and contents of financial literacy education for college students. The author conducted case studies of current financial education services and analyzed the communication and operation of the services from the system level and performance level. Through interviews, observations, and questionnaires, the overall picture of the current investment process and learning investment process, the research summarized the problems and college student investors' potential needs. Through co-creation workshops with stakeholders, the author built the design strategy, including providing professional resources and guidance and combining theoretical learning and investment practice. This study finally produces an investing platform for college student investors by applying the service design methodology and tools. The platform offers preparation services and creates an intervention for the first trying experience on investment. Users finish their financial planning, clarify investment risks and self-investment expectations. Intelligent assistance and data analysis are combined to help users update personalized performance and make smarter investment decisions during the investment. Also, learning materials are gathered on the platform to increase users' financial knowledge. This research practice co-creation in finance and provides new ideas for financial literacy education services for college students.
L'ascesa della finanza su Internet ha abbassato drasticamente la soglia per tutti i tipi di prodotti e servizi finanziari, e molte opzioni come il pagamento online, il prestito, l'investimento e l'assicurazione sono a portata di mano delle persone con un solo clic. Il processo decisionale semplice, conveniente ed efficiente ha reso possibile l'inclusione finanziaria per il grande pubblico. Tuttavia, come parte essenziale degli utenti finanziari di Internet, gli investitori universitari generalmente mancano di alfabetizzazione finanziaria, conoscenza finanziaria sufficiente e concetti di investimento finanziario corretti. Sono inclini a ignorare i rischi, seguire la tendenza e altre operazioni di investimento irrazionali, con conseguenti perdite finanziarie. In questo contesto, questo articolo studia come le società di piattaforme finanziarie possono creare valore con gli utenti per migliorare questa situazione. Le società di piattaforme d'investimento forniscono servizi di educazione e preparazione al pre-investimento per gli investitori universitari. I servizi di pre-investimento aiutano gli studenti universitari a migliorare la loro capacità di investimento, stabilire concetti di investimento corretti, acquisire conoscenze professionali e assistere gli utenti universitari nel prendere decisioni finanziarie migliori. Il nucleo della realizzazione del servizio è che la piattaforma ottiene valore dal servizio fornito. Nel processo di servizio, la piattaforma costruisce la fiducia degli utenti per migliorare la loro soddisfazione e lealtà; ottiene intuizioni dagli utenti sulle loro caratteristiche e necessità di servizio per migliorare la sua capacità di innovazione del servizio e il vantaggio competitivo sul mercato. Il contenuto e gli obiettivi del servizio sono strettamente legati alle esigenze degli investitori studenti universitari. Questo studio conduce innanzitutto una ricerca approfondita sulla teoria dell'alfabetizzazione finanziaria degli studenti universitari, riassume i modelli attuali e le iniziative specifiche fornite dall'educazione finanziaria, analizza i problemi affrontati dall'educazione e comprende gli obiettivi e i contenuti dell'educazione finanziaria per gli studenti universitari. L'autore ha condotto casi di studio sugli attuali servizi di educazione finanziaria e ha analizzato la comunicazione e il funzionamento dei servizi a livello di sistema e di performance. Attraverso interviste, osservazioni e questionari, il quadro generale dell'attuale processo di investimento e di apprendimento degli investimenti, la ricerca ha riassunto i problemi e le potenziali esigenze degli studenti universitari investitori. Attraverso workshop di co-creazione con le parti interessate, l'autore ha costruito la strategia di progettazione, compresa la fornitura di risorse professionali e di orientamento e la combinazione di apprendimento teorico e pratica di investimento. Questo studio produce infine una piattaforma d'investimento per gli studenti universitari investitori applicando la metodologia e gli strumenti del service design. La piattaforma offre servizi di preparazione e crea un intervento per la prima esperienza di investimento. Gli utenti finiscono la loro pianificazione finanziaria, chiariscono i rischi di investimento e le aspettative di auto-investimento.
