Due to the evolution and spread of private vehicles, specially cars, the congestion phenomena have become a huge issue in most of the cities. This leads to people losing hundred of hours every year stuck in traffic but also to have more polluted cities. Mobility as a Service, also called MaaS, has emerged as an attempt to integrate individual and collective services in order to promote the public transport system and to diminish the private vehicle usage. Nowadays, MaaS is offered in several cities around the world with different integration levels. Considering the most popular MaaS providers or the ones which offer the highest integration, there is still a further step to take: Integrate the sharing services in such a way that it could be possible to plan a trip mixing individual and collective modes doing a single payment. This dissertation aims at proposing a solution to achieve the complete integration of both parties, public and private, proposing a pseudo-algorithm and studying what should be considered from three different but comple- mentary points of view: business, governance and technology. Furthermore, a practical example is given to show how a trip would change whether the aforementioned integration were achieved.

Abstract
Furthermore, a practical example is given to show how a trip would change whether the aforementioned integration were achieved.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
