During the master’s Course in Architecture Built Environment Interiors I addressed issues aimed at a formative and experimental growth on the conservation, design and reuse in different urban / extra-urban and international contexts of architectural artifacts of identity value in the history of a specific urban site. The relationship between the urban / landscape-built environment and the existing architectural / interior historical one has allowed me to understand above all the value given to the underutilized, abandoned, and degraded built, which many times is placed within the state of contemporary speculative art. The theme of preserving the identity of the place and grasping its characteristic founding aspects has always been present in the laboratory experiences attended in these two years. Architectural Design, Construction, Interior, Restoration and Thematic Laboratories have allowed me to develop fascinating themes considering aspects related to subjects such as Construction Technique, History of Architecture, Aesthetics, Urban Sociology, History and Theory of Contemporary Design and Economic Evaluation of the Project, of which one suggested the deepening for the choice and treatment of the thesis theme for the master’s degree. The Thesis Workshop: “Author’ architecture” of the twentieth century. Conservation, design, and reuse. The architecture of the industrial heritage of the twentieth century as a privileged origin and place for the awareness that certain existing realities are engines of processes and developments known as the way of building and how these buildings can become the object of redevelopment by building on the built. Through the master’s Thesis I tried to summarize the historical-urban-architectural and structural aspects that characterize the case study by understanding how these cognitive aspects and studies are useful, regardless of the case study, to the continuation of my training in the post - university and professional career.

Durante il Corso Magistrale in Architettura Ambiente Costruito Interni ho affrontato tematiche volte ad una crescita formativa e sperimentale sulla conservazione, progettazione e riuso in diversi contesti urbani / extra urbani e internazionali di manufatti architettonici di valore identitario della storia di uno specifico sito urbano. La relazione che intercorre tra l’Ambiente Costruito urbano / paesaggistico e quello architettonico / storico interni - esistente mi ha permesso di comprendere soprattutto il valore dato al costruito sottoutilizzato, in abbandono e degradato, il quale molte volte risulta collocato dentro lo stato dell’arte speculativo contemporaneo. Il Tema di preservare l’identità del luogo e coglierne i suoi aspetti caratteristici fondativi è stato sempre presente nelle esperienze laboratoriali frequentate in questi due anni. Laboratori di Progettazione Architettonica , Costruzione, Interni, Restauro e Tematico consentendomi di sviluppare temi affascinanti tenendo in considerazione aspetti legati alle materie come Tecnica delle Costruzioni, Storia dell’ Architettura, Estetica, Sociologia Urbana, Storia e Teoria della Progettazione Contemporanea e Valutazione Economica del Progetto, dei quali uno in particolare mi ha suggerito l’approfondimento per la scelta e la trattazione del Tema di tesi per la Laurea Magistrale. Il Workshop di Tesi: Architettura “d’autore” del XX secolo. Conservazione, progetto e riuso. L’architettura del patrimonio industriale del XX secolo quale origine e luogo privilegiato per la consapevolezza che determinate realtà esistenti siano motori di processi e sviluppi conoscitivi del modo di costruire e di come queste costruzioni possano diventare oggetto di riqualificazione costruendo sul costruito. Tramite la Tesi Magistrale ho provato a sintetizzare gli aspetti storico-urbano-architettonico e strutturale che caratterizza il caso studio capendo come questi aspetti conoscitivi e studi siano utili, a prescindere dal caso studio, alla prosecuzione della mia formazione nella carriera post – universitaria e professionale.
