Un'agenda per l'architettura : cibo, città, sostenibilità. Per un nuovo mercato circolare

The prototype for a new sustainable circular market is expected at a historical moment in which the themes of reuse, sustainability, non-waste and reuse of products is on the agenda. Starting from a careful analysis of the goal 2 "Defeat hunger" that the UN 2030 Agenda envisages, at a global level, to achieve and the ASviS 2020 report on the Sustainable Development Goals for Italy, through the key points of the circular economy process and its differences with the linear economy currently in use, the thesis in question experiments with the configuration of a new circular market prototype as an alternative reality to the great distribution, which aims to compose spaces for the sale of handicrafts and food products, also coming from small business realities such as those of farmers who alternate with educational spaces based on the issue of reuse both in the craft and food sectors and multifunctional spaces for activities in the Lambro Park district, through a construction process by budding that pushes to a connection between the consolidated urban fabric and the realities present in the eastern suburbs of Milan and the peri-urban one.

Il prototipo per un nuovo mercato circolare sostenibile si prefigura in un momento storico in cui i temi di riuso, sostenibilità, non-spreco e reimpiego di manufatti risulta essere all’ordine del giorno. A partire da un’attenta analisi dell’obiettivo 2 “Sconfiggere la fame” che l’Agenda 2030 dell’Onu si prefigura, a livello mondiale, di raggiungere e del rapporto ASviS 2020 in merito agli obiettivi di Sviluppo sostenibile per l’Italia, attraverso i punti cardine del processo di economia circolare e le sue differenze con l’economia lineare attualmente in uso, la tesi in questione sperimenta la configurazione di un nuovo prototipo di mercato circolare come realtà alternativa alla grande distribuzione, che si pone come obiettivo la composizione di spazi per la vendita di prodotti artigianali e alimentari, provenienti anche da piccole realtà imprenditoriali come quelle dei contadini che si alternano a spazi didattici improntati sulla questione del riuso sia in ambito artigianale che alimentare che spazi polifunzionali per attività nel quartiere del Parco Lambro, attraverso un processo costruttivo per gemmazione che spinge ad una connessione tra il tessuto urbano consolidato e le realtà presenti nella periferia est milanese e quello periurbano.
