Hinter den Dingen

It is the things that express my design. Things are characterised by properties. I assign them to each other. Neighbouring things retain their independence beyond their usability. In dialogue, also with others, things acquire their meaning. Is the expression consistent with the idea? Afterwards, a place, an element or/and a type emerge behind the things. The explanatory text consists of different layers that expand the spaces of the houses. It multiplies, mirrors, extends beyond its walls and complicates its relationships. It animates the elements of the house, brings to life the walls, windows and doors, and enlivens the stories that lie within each element. The house, then, creates a world within itself by going deeper and deeper into its spaces. This happens not only within the text, but also in the materiality of the text. The sequences of the text are architectural. Every space, every corner, every detail holds another story, which means that this written story is only one possible story among many. Now I ask you, dear reader, to take a leap beyond the things which we want to explore together in the following folded pages and layers of stories.

Sono le cose che esprimono il mio design. Le cose sono caratterizzate da proprietà. Le assegno l'una all'altra. Le cose vicine conservano la loro indipendenza al di là della loro utilizzabilità. Nel dialogo, anche con gli altri, le cose acquistano il loro significato. L'espressione è coerente con l'idea? In seguito, un luogo, un elemento o/e un tipo emergono dietro le cose. Il testo esplicativo è composto da diversi strati che espandono gli spazi delle case. Si moltiplica, si specchia, si estende oltre le sue pareti e complica le sue relazioni. Anima gli elementi della casa, dà vita ai muri, alle finestre e alle porte, e anima le storie che si trovano all'interno di ogni elemento. La casa, quindi, crea un mondo dentro di sé andando sempre più in profondità nei suoi spazi. Questo accade non solo all'interno del testo, ma anche nella materialità del testo. Le sequenze del testo sono architettoniche. Ogni spazio, ogni angolo, ogni dettaglio contiene un'altra storia, il che significa che questa storia scritta è solo una storia possibile tra le tante. Ora ti chiedo, caro lettore, di fare un salto oltre le cose che vogliamo esplorare insieme nelle seguenti pagine piegate e stratificate di storie.
