The Master Thesis realized in the engineering design office Elco Ebner S.a.s deals with the analysis and dimensioning of an air conditioning system for winter and summer applications attached to an air exchange system for a newly built industrial building belonging to the Trial Boccolini group located in Meda, in the province of Monza e Brianza. The agency, operating in the italian real estate sector, utilizes different chemical processes for the production of metal profiles by immersing them in process tanks. As a matter of fact, the air conditioning and air exchange systems must guarantee a correct seasonal conditioning and a constant air exchange. With the aid of the Edilclima EC700 Software based on the UNI 11300 standard, the stratigraphical structure of the building will be implemented and three different solutions will be proposed and sized in order to meet the client’s requests. SOLUTION 1: Direct expansion system for winter and summer air conditioning attached to a heat recovery unit for air exchange. SOLUTION 2: Roof-Top system for air exchange together with winter and summer air conditioning. SOLUTION 3: Combined condensing boiler and refrigeration unit for winter and summer air conditioning system attached to a heat recovery unit for air exchange. Subsequently, by analyzing in detail the proposed solutions, the choice will be held on the best solution. The thesis will so be divided into 5 different chapters. After a brief description of the world and Italian energy situation of Chapter 1, in Chapter 2 will be presented the design of the building at a stratigraphical and geographical level. Later on, in Chapter 3 the analysis will go through the development of the proposed solutions, starting from a theoretical description of the components and functioning. Having sized the three solutions, it will be proposed a comparison of the same in Chapter 4 by carrying out the performance and economic analysis to certify the best solution. Finally, in Chapter 5 a conclusion to the work made will be drawn proposing the most suitable solution to the client.
La tesi realizzata nello studio ingegneristico Elco Ebner S.a.s tratta lo studio e il dimensionamento di un impianto di climatizzazione invernale ed estiva annesso a ricambio di aria per un edificio industriale di nuova costruzione facente parte del gruppo Trial Boccolini con ubicazione a Meda, in provincia di Monza e Brianza. L’azienda, operante nel settore immobiliare italiano, utilizza diversi processi chimici per realizzazione di profilati metallici tramite l’immersione degli stessi in vasche di processo. Il sistema di climatizzazione e ricambio di aria deve quindi garantire una corretta climatizzazione stagionale e un ricambio di aria costante. Tramite l’ausilio del Software Edilclima Ec700 basato sulla normativa UNI 11300, verrà implementata la struttura stratigrafica dell’edificio e verranno proposte e dimensionate tre differenti soluzioni al fine di soddisfare le richieste del committente. SOLUZIONE 1: Impianto ad espansione diretta per climatizzazione invernale ed estiva annesso a recuperatore di calore per ricambio di aria. SOLUZIONE 2: Impianto Roof-Top per ricambio di aria e climatizzazione estiva ed invernale. SOLUZIONE 3: Impianto di climatizzazione estiva ed invernale combinato con caldaia a condensazione e gruppo frigorifero annesso a recuperatore di calore per ricambio di aria. In seguito, analizzando in maniera dettagliata le soluzioni studiate si opterà per quella che risulterà migliore. La tesi verrà quindi divisa in 5 differenti capitoli. Dopo una breve descrizione della situazione energetica mondiale ed Italiana del Capitolo 1, nel Capitolo 2 verrà presentato il progetto dell’edificio a livello stratigrafico e geografico. In seguito, nel Capitolo 3 si percorrerà lo sviluppo delle soluzioni proposte, partendo da una descrizione teorica dei componenti e funzionamento. Dimensionati le tre soluzioni, si procederà con un confronto delle stesse nel Capitolo 4 effettuando un’analisi prestazionale ed economica per certificarne la soluzione migliore. Infine, nel Capitolo 5 si trarrà una conclusione al lavoro effettuato proponendo la soluzione migliore al committente.
