Progetto della fascia spazio-temporale del littorale : abitare nella stazione balneare Le lavandou - Francia

Coastal departments are becoming saturated, while climatic conditions are deteriorating. In time, the Var coast will face various changes induced by : the climate, the rise of the waters, the trends of settlement, but also the modification of the economy and the main activities... The spatial recomposition of the entire coastline is inevitable, in order to plan the risks, and to put in place operational measures over the short, medium and long term. It seems to me appropriate to consider today, credible and diversified scenarios in order to face the risks, and, the establishment of an urban and landscape system that could continue despite the change of the environment and society. This Graduation Project report is used to collect and explore solutions for coastline. The commune of Le Lavandou is a pretext to rethink our relationship to time, and to the way we live with the risks of nature. I litorali della regione si saturano demograficamente, mentre le condizioni climatiche si deteriorano. Col tempo, la costa del Var dovrà affrontare diversi cambiamenti : il clima, le acque e la popolazione in aumento (crescita della popolazione) ma anche i cambiamenti nell'economia e nelle principali attività dell’area... La ricomposizione spaziale di tutta la fascia costiera è inevitabile, per pianificare i rischi e adottare misure a breve, medio e lungo termine. Mi sembra opportuno di prevedere, da oggi, scenari credibili e diversificati per affrontare i rischi, ma anche la creazione di un sistema urbano e paesaggistico che possa durare malgrado la mutazione dell'ambiente e della società. Questo rapporto di progetto di fine studi, permette di raccogliere ed esplorare soluzioni per la costa. La città “Le Lavandou” è un pretesto per ripensare il nostro rapporto con il tempo e il modo in cui viviamo con i rischi naturali.
