The purpose of this study is to select the best strategic alternative for the company supported by an external analysis of the market and internal analysis of the firm. The external analysis was carried out in the form of competitor analysis, where competitors were identified, and their data was collected on specific parameters. This analysis provided various threat and opportunities for the firm. The internal analysis was carried through as resource-based approach, in which company’s capabilities, key performance and resources are identified. These resources are run through a test to find out the critical resources. These critical resources provided the firm with its strengths and weaknesses. The data for these analyses was collected from competitors’ websites and various internal meetings. These analyses give the firm to generate, evaluate various strategic alternatives and then select the best alternative from them. This alternative will help the firm generate and maintain sustainable competitive advantage.
Lo scopo di questo studio è selezionare la migliore alternativa strategica per l'azienda attraverso l'analisi esterna del mercato e l'analisi interna dell'azienda. L'analisi esterna è stata condotta sotto forma di analisi della concorrenza, in cui sono stati identificati i concorrenti e sono stati raccolti i loro dati su parametri specifici. Questa analisi ha fornito varie minacce e opportunità per l'azienda. L'analisi interna è stata condotta con un approccio basato sulle risorse, in cui sono state identificate le capacità, le prestazioni chiave e le risorse dell'azienda. Queste risorse vengono sottoposte a un test per individuare le risorse critiche. Queste risorse critiche hanno fornito all'azienda i suoi punti di forza e di debolezza. I dati per queste analisi sono stati raccolti dai siti web dei concorrenti e da varie riunioni interne. Queste analisi consentono all'azienda di generare e valutare diverse alternative strategiche e di selezionare la migliore tra queste. Questa alternativa aiuterà l'azienda a generare e mantenere un vantaggio competitivo sostenibile.
