Rivoluzione digitale 4.0 : flussi e documenti per la gestione di commessa con metodologia BIM : analisi della fase di esecuzione nel rapporto tra la stazione appaltante e l'appaltatore

The process of digital evolution that is affecting the entire world of production has also affected the world of construction with great intensity, which since a couple of years has now found itself in the middle of what can be considered the fourth industrial revolution for the sector, thanks to the advent and development of Building Infomation Modeling, better known as BIM. In the thesis that follows, we wanted to proceed with studying the subjects, documents and activities involved in the digitalized procurement management processes. This was the base for the definition of a complete and exhaustive flux of all the phases and activities that every subject in a construction process faces and produces. The final product that we wanted to pursue therefore consists of a univocal framework that allows to clearly trace which are the actions that each subject involved in a process for the construction of a public building / civil work must perform, also defining for each of these the input resources necessary for their fulfillment and the output resources to be generated. In doing this, we also wanted to draw a clear description of the subjects involved and documents produced in the same processes, describing and characterizing them in order to ultimately provide a tool that would allow the complete understanding of the final flux of the contract composed.

Il processo di evoluzione digitale che sta interessando l’intero mondo della produzione ha investito con grande intensità anche il mondo delle costruzioni, che a partire da un paio d’anni a questa parte, si trova nel mezzo di quella che può essere considerata la quarta rivoluzione industriale per il settore, grazie all’avvento e allo sviluppo del Building Infomation Modeling, meglio conosciuto come BIM. Nel lavoro di tesi che segue si è voluto procedere a studiare i soggetti, documenti e attività coinvolti nei processi di gestione di appalto digitalizzata e quindi definire un flusso completo ed esaustivo di tutte le fasi e attività caratteristiche che, i diversi soggetti coinvolti in un procedimento di tale natura si trovano ad affrontare e produrre. L’obiettivo finale è quello fornire un quadro univoco che permetta di tracciare in maniera chiara le azioni che ciascun soggetto, coinvolto in un procedimento di commessa di costruzione di un’opera edilizia/civile pubblica, debba eseguire, definendo inoltre, per ognuna di esse, le risorse di input necessarie per il loro compimento e quelle di output da generare. Nel far questo, si è inoltre voluta tracciare una descrizione chiara relativamente ai soggetti e ai documenti che rientrano all’interno degli stessi processi, descrivendoli e caratterizzandoli puntualmente al fine di fornire in definitiva uno strumento che permettesse la completa comprensione di quanto si è arrivati a comporre al termine del tracciamento del flusso completo.
