Design and implementation of a new evaporation plant in Greci

The following study analyze and make different hypothesis to solve the saturation of production capacity in Greci food industry, close to Parma. Considering technical facts and data the evaporation process was identified as root cause process and the various possibilities for solving the criticality were defined and studied. In a context of growth and expansion of the company, it was decided to buy a new evaporation plant as a solution to the problem. All the steps necessary for the realization of the system are shown inside the report: from the construction of the foundations to the final assembly and testing. The parameters useful for understanding the goodness of the investment were calculated, such as Payback Time and Internal Return Rate.

Il seguente lavoro analizza e ipotizza diverse soluzioni per risolvere la saturazione della capacità produttiva in Greci industria alimentare in provincia di Parma. Basandoci su dati e considerazioni tecniche il processo di evaporazione è risultato la causa principale e si è proceduto a definire e studiare le diverse possibilità di soluzione. In un contesto di crescita ed espansione dell’azienda, si è deciso di comprare un nuovo impianto di evaporazione come soluzione al problema. All’interno dell’elaborato sono riportati tutti i passaggi necessari per la realizzazione dell’impianto: dalla realizzazione delle fondamenta al montaggio e testing finale. Sono anche stati calcolati i parametri utili a comprendere la bontà dell’investimento, come Payback Time e Internal Return Rate.
