Under the background of a digital information society, the rapid development of information technology brings large convenience to people's lives, and the concept of the product developed beyond the entity becoming more and more informatization. Nowadays, more and more human activities need to use information products to be realized. A transition process is taking place from a community base on service to a self-service community, reducing the cost of products and services, saving time for users, and promoting the resource-saving of the entire society. As information and communication technology constantly integrated into people's daily life in all aspects, a wide variety of public terminal equipment began to appear in our public places. Those public terminals usually have access to a vast number of user groups and offer a wide range of self-service. Its rapid development soon covered all areas of our life, such as banking and finance, health care, transportation, and other fields. In spite of this, there are still many people who can't access to these services, and utilization of those public terminals is still at a low level. The user interface is an essential part of public terminals, the usability of its design will directly affect the user's use and experience. The study takes the issue of the public terminal interface as the starting point, through researching found that public terminal interface differs from the traditional personal terminal interface, such as cell phones or computers, no matter the user level, context level, interface content level, or operation level, the public user interface has its own features. Studying the mechanism between the various interface features facilitate researchers and designers to better understand public terminal interface. Therefore, the study try to work out interface usability evaluation form,which will provide designers guidelines to design a better public terminal user interface, improving the efficiency of public terminal and user experience, to make these devices better service for people living.
Nell'ambito della trasformazione digitale nei luoghi pubblici e nell'organizzazione aziendale, il rapido sviluppo della tecnologia dell'informazione porta grande facilitazioni alla vita delle persone. Al giorno d'oggi, sempre più attività umane devono essere supportate da prodotti informativi da realizzare. Un processo di transizione è in atto da comunità che si fonda sul servizio a comunità self-service, riducendo il costo di prodotti e servizi, risparmiando tempo per gli utenti, promuovendo le risorse di sicurezza dell'intera società. Come informazione e comunicazione tecnologia costantemente integrata nella vita quotidiana delle persone in tutti gli aspetti, un ampio varietà di apparecchiature pubbliche cominciano ad apparire in luoghi pubblici. Questi terminali pubblici di solito accedono ad un vasto numero di gruppi di utenti e di offerta di una vasta gamma di self-service. Lo sviluppo di tali apparecchiature e' di rapido presa e ben presto coprirà molte delle aree della nostra vita, come le banche e la finanza, assistenza sanitaria, trasporti e altro campi. Nonostante questo, esistono ancora molti servizi a cui le persone non possono accedere. L'interfaccia utente è un parte importante dei terminali pubblici. L'usabilità del suo design influirà direttamente l'uso e l'esperienza dell'utente. Lo studio presentato in questa tesi prende la questione del terminale pubblico interfaccia come punto di partenza. Attraverso la ricerca ha identificato che il terminale pubblico interfaccia differisce dal tradizionale interfaccia terminale personale. Studiare il meccanismo tra le varie caratteristiche dell'interfaccia facilitano i ricercatori e i designer al meglio comprendere l'interfaccia del terminale pubblico. Pertanto, lo studio cerca di valutare l'usabilità dell'interfaccia modulo, che fornirà indicazioni per i designer per progettare al meglio la l'usabilità dell' interfaccia utente del terminale pubblico, migliorare l'efficienza e l'esperienza dell'utente dei terminali pubblici, e far si che questi servizi meglio si allinino ai bisogno della gente.
