With the use of BIM within the construction sector it is possible to obtain a digital representation of the construction process, facilitating the exchange and interoperability of information. This digital information system has changed the construction world, transforming and innovating the way projects are managed and implemented and information transferred. However, with the advent of the BIM methodology, various problems also arise, including the issue relating to the lack of a standard language that identifies objects in the project and consequently allows the sharing and transmissibility of information associated with construction models. This problem partly concerns the criterion used for the creation of the price list, the latter is built starting from the definition of the activities necessary for the realization of a process, while in the information models the modeling concerns the objects. The objective of the thesis work is to be able to propose a solution in search of a method that allows communication between information models and price lists for the construction sector without having an information loss. To achieve this goal, an initial breakdown of the price list declarations into objects and activities was carried out, subsequently the items were classified according to parameters that identified their typology, geometry, function and others still identifying the characteristics of the objects in a general way. The analysis then involved five sample objects and through a comparison between similar objects but with different characteristics the attributes influencing the price list were identified, subsequently the objects were modeled in Revit and exported with an IFC format. Therefore, a matrix is obtained for each identified object which shows how and which information is transmitted between the information systems and the price list and whether their interoperability is actually efficient.

Abstract
Therefore, a matrix is obtained for each identified object which shows how and which information is transmitted between the information systems and the price list and whether their interoperability is actually efficient.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
