Conoscenza tacita e disuguaglianze emergenti : costruzione di una metodologia di analisi sull'accessibilità urbana e ai servizi

What is tacit knowledge? Knowledge, in this thesis work, is read from a double perspective: of those who are bearers of knowledge and of those who are driven to knowledge. On the one hand, there are the bearers of knowledge who often remain hidden and, on the other hand, there is the need for knowledge, those who have a real need to know but cannot find the tools to satisfy this need or cannot even communicate it. It therefore happens that the dimension of need remains unexpressed because it cannot be expressed, and consequently this need, although concrete, remains unspoken. What I am proposing is a methodology that gives voice to this unexpressed need, which on the one hand analyses what are the reasons that drive the design exploration of a new infrastructure, capable of modelling itself in every territorial context, of interacting with multiple actors and of making a tool, such as the P.E.B.A., which is still linked to technical and regulatory design, interact and keep up to date, and on the other hand offers a methodology that can find its own field of application.

Che cos’è la conoscenza tacita? La conoscenza, in questo lavoro di tesi, è letta in una duplice prospettiva: di chi è portatore e di chi invece è portato alla conoscenza. Esistono dei portatori di conoscenza che molte volte restano celati e dall’altro esiste il bisogno di conoscenza, chi ha un effettivo bisogno di conoscere ma, il più delle volte, non trova gli strumenti per soddisfare questo bisogno o non riesce nemmeno a comunicarlo. Accade pertanto che la dimensione del bisogno rimane inespressa perché non si riesce ad esprimere e quindi, se non si riesce ad esprimere questo bisogno, benché concreto, rimane tacito. Quello che propongo è una metodologia che dia voce a questo bisogno inespresso, che da un lato analizzi quali sono le ragioni che alimentano l’esplorazione progettuale di una nuova infrastruttura, capace di modellarsi in ogni contesto territoriale, di interagire con soggetti multipli e di far dialogare e tener aggiornato uno strumento, quale il P.E.B.A, ancora legato ad una progettualità tecnico-normativa e dall’altro offrire una metodologia che possa trovare un suo campo di applicazione.
