Washing machines (WM) and washer-dryers (WD) are of the most important household appliances which are widely used globally and are evidences of a comfort living. ‘household washing machine’ means an automatic washing machine which cleans and rinses the textiles inside the drum by using water, chemical, electrical, mechanical and thermal means, which also has a spin extraction function and ‘household washer-dryer’ means a household washing machine which, in addition to the functions of an automatic washing machine, in the same drum includes a means for drying the textiles by heating and tumbling, which is declared by the manufacturer. According to the supplementing Regulation of International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 2017/1369 of the European Parliament, with regard to the measures from the eco-design working plan, household washing machines and household washer-dryers are been estimated with annual electricity savings of 2,5 TWh, leading to GHG emission reductions of 0,8 MtCO2 per year, and estimated water savings of 711 million m3 in 2030. The reviews are analyzed in technical, environmental and economic aspects of as well as real-life user behavior and the results were undertaken in close cooperation with stakeholders and interested parties from the Union and third countries. The review concluded that there was a need for the introduction of revised energy labelling requirements for household washing machines and household washer-dryers, and that both could be established by the same energy labelling Regulation. Amongst, motor’s features are the fundamental aspects which must be observed, measured and verified. In the Haier-Europe company and in the company of this project, through different reproducible test methods, centered on the motor winding insulation class, we try to verify the operation of all the utilized motors in production line in order to work precise to B-class of energy labeling according to IEC standard
Le lavatrici (WM) e le lavasciuga (WD) sono tra i più importanti elettrodomestici ampiamente utilizzati a livello globale e testimoniano un comfort abitativo. "lavatrice per uso domestico": una lavatrice automatica che pulisce e risciacqua gli indumenti utilizzando mezzi idrici, chimici, elettrici, meccanici e termici, che ha anche una funzione di centrifuga e "lavasciuga biancheria per uso domestico": una lavatrice per uso domestico che, oltre alle funzioni di una lavatrice automatica, nello stesso cestello è compreso un mezzo per asciugare i tessuti mediante riscaldamento e burattatura, dichiarato dal produttore. Secondo il regolamento integrativo della Commissione elettrotecnica internazionale (IEC) 2017/1369 del Parlamento europeo, per quanto riguarda le misure del piano di lavoro sulla progettazione ecocompatibile, le lavatrici domestiche e le lavasciuga domestiche sono state stimate con un risparmio annuo di elettricità di 2 ,5 TWh, portando a riduzioni delle emissioni di gas serra di 0,8 MtCO2 all'anno e a un risparmio idrico stimato di 711 milioni di m3 nel 2030. Le recensioni sono analizzate in aspetti tecnici, ambientali ed economici, nonché il comportamento degli utenti nella vita reale e il i risultati sono stati raggiunti in stretta collaborazione con le parti interessate e le parti interessate dell'Unione e dei paesi terzi. Il riesame ha concluso che era necessario introdurre requisiti riveduti in materia di etichettatura energetica per le lavatrici per uso domestico e le lavasciuga biancheria per uso domestico e che entrambi potevano essere stabiliti dallo stesso regolamento sull'etichettatura energetica. Tra le caratteristiche del motore ci sono gli aspetti fondamentali che devono essere osservati, misurati e verificati. Nell'azienda Haier-Europe e nell'azienda di questo progetto, attraverso diversi metodi di test riproducibili, centrati sulla classe di isolamento dell'avvolgimento del motore, proviamo a verificare il funzionamento di tutti i motori utilizzati nella linea di produzione per lavorare con precisione a B- classe di etichettatura energetica secondo la norma IEC
