This work explores the development of a novel bioreactor to characterize an advanced drug delivery system using engineered erythrocyte to improve lymphoma treatment outcomes and reduce its side effects. The focus is on evaluating the controlled release of drugs from charged red blood cells under static and dynamic conditions. This research represents a significant step towards enhancing cancer treatment effectiveness and patient well-being while reducing the burden of in vivo experimentation.

Abstract
This work explores the development of a novel bioreactor to characterize an advanced drug delivery system using engineered erythrocyte to improve lymphoma treatment outcomes and reduce its side effects. The focus is on evaluating the controlled release of drugs from charged red blood cells under static and dynamic conditions. This research represents a significant step towards enhancing cancer treatment effectiveness and patient well-being while reducing the burden of in vivo experimentation.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
