Software Engineering Score Management System (SESMS)

Software Engineering Score Management System (SESMS) is a software tool developed to simplify the process of calculating and managing student grades for software engineering course. SESMS is an accessible web application that is faster and more accurate than traditional methods. In the past, calculating student grades was a manual and time-consuming process. In- structors must collect data from various sources, such as research report, software analysis and development and exam results, and then manually calculate final grades. This pro- cess is error prone and often frustrating for instructors and students. However, SESMS software has made this process a lot easier and more efficient. The SESMS system has been designed to integrate all the necessary data sources into one central database. This database is accessible from anywhere using a web browser, allowing instructors to easily enter and manage student grades. In addition, the SESMS system can automatically calculate the final grade based on the assigned to each component of the course, such as tests, assignments and attendance. This feature saves the instructor time and eliminates the risk of miscalculation

Il Software Engineering Score Management System (SESMS) è un software sviluppato per semplificare il processo di calcolo e gestione dei voti degli studenti nel corso di ingegneria del software. SESMS è un’applicazione web accessibile che risulta più veloce e accurata rispetto ai metodi tradizionali. In passato, il calcolo dei voti degli studenti era un processo manuale e lungo. Gli insegnanti dovevano raccogliere dati da diverse fonti, come relazioni di ricerca, analisi e sviluppo del software e risultati degli esami, per poi calcolare manualmente i voti finali. Questo processo è soggetto ad errori ed è spesso frustrante per insegnanti e studenti. Tuttavia, il software SESMS ha reso questo processo molto più facile ed efficiente. Il sistema SESMS è stato progettato per integrare tutte le fonti di dati necessarie in un unico database centrale. Questo database è accessibile da qualsiasi luogo tramite un browser web, consentendo agli insegnanti di inserire e gestire facilmente i voti degli stu- denti.
