Territorial Regeneration of the Golfo Aranci

This project aims to reshape the urban landscape of Golfo Aranci through the transformation of the original industrial zone, the renovation of the old station and railway, and the revitalization of the abandoned port. These efforts are geared toward fostering the development of tourism in the region while deepening people's appreciation of its history and culture. This reconstruction initiative promises not only economic and societal progress but also the redefinition of Golfo Aranci's identity as an alluring tourist destination. The project has carried out detailed design of five parts: new station, harbour, old station, abandoned railway and beach. In the redevelopment of the industrial zone, sustainability and environmental preservation are paramount to ensure harmonious integration with the natural landscape and surrounding environment. The restoration of the old station and railway infrastructure will enhance transportation accessibility, offering tourists more convenient access while safeguarding the rich railway heritage of the area. This land reconstruction project will facilitate cultural awareness through activities, historical exhibitions, and local fish markets, among other endeavors. The revitalization of the abandoned port will provide docking facilities for cruise ships and yatch, drawing more tourists and yachting enthusiasts. The beach regeneration plan is provided by preserving the natural beauty of the coastline while enhancing amenities and activities, we aim to create a thriving seaside destination that offers a wealth of experiences for residents and visitors alike. In summary, the land reconstruction project in the Golfo Aranci area is poised to bring prosperity and sustainable development to the region while promoting cultural exchange, enabling a broader audience to appreciate and respect this enchanting mediterranean destination.

Questo progetto mira a ridisegnare il paesaggio urbano di Golfo Aranci attraverso la trasformazione della zona industriale originaria, il restauro della vecchia stazione e delle ferrovie, e la rivitalizzazione del porto abbandonato. Questi sforzi sono orientati a promuovere lo sviluppo turistico nella regione, allo stesso tempo approfondendo l'apprezzamento della sua storia e cultura da parte delle persone. Questa iniziativa di ricostruzione promette non solo progresso economico e sociale, ma anche la ridefinizione dell'identità di Golfo Aranci come affascinante destinazione turistica. Il progetto ha eseguito un dettagliato progetto di cinque parti: nuova stazione, porto, vecchia stazione, ferrovia abbandonata e spiaggia. Nella riqualificazione della zona industriale, la sostenibilità e la salvaguardia dell'ambiente sono fondamentali per garantire un'integrazione armoniosa con il paesaggio naturale e l'ambiente circostante. Il ripristino delle infrastrutture della vecchia stazione e delle ferrovie migliorerà l'accessibilità dei trasporti, offrendo ai turisti un accesso più comodo, preservando nel contempo il ricco patrimonio ferroviario della zona. Questo progetto di ricostruzione del territorio faciliterà la consapevolezza culturale attraverso attività, mostre storiche e mercati ittici locali, tra altre iniziative. La rivitalizzazione del porto abbandonato fornirà strutture di attracco per navi da crociera e yacht, attirando così più turisti ed appassionati di yacht. Il piano di rigenerazione della spiaggia è fornito attraverso la preservazione della bellezza naturale della costa, mentre migliorando le strutture e le attività, miriamo a creare una vivace destinazione balneare che offra una ricchezza di esperienze per residenti e visitatori.
