Abstract
This analysis explores the application of image analysis techniques using Dragonfly software developed by Object Research Systems (ORS). The study focuses on key topics such as image filtering, Minkowski functionals, connected component analysis and rendering. Image filtering aided in reducing noise in the image data. The Minkowski functionals are applied to capture important features of segmented image providing insights into shape and topological features. Connected component analysis enables object identification and quantification of image data. Rendering techniques are employed for visual exploration, feature exploration and data representation. The analysis compares the results obtained from Dragonfly with PyPore3D software, highlighting similarities, differences and accuracy of measurements. The discussion emphasizes the accuracy, effectiveness and limitations of each software tool. Further the battery electrodes were analyzed using Dragonfly software.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
