Middle Eastern investors have been increasingly active across Europe as their sovereign wealth funds lead investment activity. Yet the decision-making process remains opaque. This thesis explores the decision-making patterns of Middle Eastern investors in the European real estate market. Drawing upon a comprehensive analysis of investment behaviours, strategies, and preferences, the research aims to uncover the underlying factors that shape investment choices. Through empirical investigation and data-driven insights, the study sheds light on the motivations, challenges, and opportunities encountered by Middle Eastern investors as they navigate the European real estate market. By gaining a deeper understanding of these decision-making patterns, this research contributes valuable knowledge to both academic discourse and practical investment strategies in the context of cross-border real estate investments.

Gli investitori mediorientali sono stati estremamente attivi in Europa poiché la loro gestione di capitali guida l’attività d’investimento, tuttavia il loro processo decisionale rimane ad oggi oscuro. Questa tesi esplora i metodi decisionali degli investitori mediorientali nel mercato immobiliare europeo. Basandosi su un’analisi completa dei comportamenti, delle strategie e delle preferenze di investimento, la ricerca ha come scopo la definizione dei fattori sottostanti che modellano le scelte di investimento. Attraverso indagini empiriche e approfondimenti basati su dati scientifici, lo studio fa luce sulle motivazioni, le sfide e le opportunità incontrate dagli investitori mediorientali che navigano il mercato immobiliare europeo.
