To this day, the organization of citizens' health data is entrusted to distinct and independent systems, often having partial, outdated and discordant information. Starting from these assumptions, Digital Healthcare has been developed, a web and mobile application designed to unify in a single place all of an individual's health data and allow the generation of summary documents to be provided to rescuers in case of need. Besides the citizens themselves, it can be used by municipal volunteers too in order to add new patients and consult or update their data. There is also a further space dedicated to containing public utility numbers and emergency contacts, grouped together to be easily and immediately available to users at any time. This project constitutes a starting point for the creation of a system with more services and functionalities, eventually usable in the future by the main healthcare institutions.

Abstract
This project constitutes a starting point for the creation of a system with more services and functionalities, eventually usable in the future by the main healthcare institutions.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
