The redevelopment project for the Adda River Park, focused on the area between Rivolta d’Adda and the Vacchelli Canal dam, aims to transform this region into a sustainable oasis of natural beauty, recreational activities, and well-being. Through the implementation of panoramic trails, cycling paths, and architectural installations, the project seeks to provide a multisensory experience that promotes sustainable tourism and connects the local community with its natural heritage. Emphasis is placed on creating pedestrian paths that allow residents and visitors to explore the environmental diversity along the Adda River. The cycling paths, seamlessly integrated into the landscape, will provide an eco-friendly and accessible means of transportation, encouraging an active and sustainable lifestyle. Architectural installations, carefully integrated into the natural context, serve as points of interest and rest along the pathways, offering spaces for cultural, recreational, and relaxation activities. These structures can also be used to promote local events, emphasizing the importance of the culture and history of the area. Furthermore, the project envisions the development of well-being-related infrastructure, such as meditation areas, outdoor fitness zones, and sustainable refreshment points, creating an environment that promotes the mental and physical health of the community. Through the redevelopment of the Adda River Park, this project aims to raise environmental awareness, support the local economy through responsible tourism, and create a communal space where people can connect with nature and each other. The realization of this project will significantly contribute to building a healthier, more inclusive, and sustainable environment for future generations.

Abstract
The realization of this project will significantly contribute to building a healthier, more inclusive, and sustainable environment for future generations.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
