La tesi esplora la progettazione di un Centro di Riabilitazione a Baghdad, in Iraq, per le vittime del terrorismo, concentrandosi sulla guarigione olistica attraverso un intervento architettonico. Indaga sulle diverse sfide affrontate dalle vittime, che spaziano dalle dimensioni fisiche, psicologiche e sociali. Attraverso l'analisi socio-culturale e la ricerca, stabilisce una base per un approccio progettuale empatico. I principi architettonici danno priorità alla sicurezza, agli ambienti accoglienti e all'accessibilità per promuovere il benessere. Il design integra terapie di riabilitazione, consulenze e sviluppo delle competenze, favorisce l'empowerment e la resilienza. Sottolinea una tipologia di edificio storico per una connessione spirituale e atemporale.
