Urban regeneration process is under a continuous redefinition due to government policies, environmental constraints, disruptive innovations that redefine people behaviors. In order to thrive in this evolving landscape, it is imperative for stakeholders to actively engage in the process of innovation and adaptation. Traditional approaches often rely on top-down strategies to navigate these transitions, overlooking the value generation from human centered analysis. Recognizing the importance of tracking needs and behaviors of users in shaping urban development, the Service Design approach, through the Service Masterplan methodology, introduces a novel perspective of personas and customer journey tools. This approach seeks to integrate these instruments into the realm of urban regeneration and planning, facilitating the value generation from a business perspective. This project thesis seeks to examine how the implementation of personas and customer journey frameworks inside the Carlo Riva International Harbor enables the real estate developer Bizzi&Partners to re-imagine the final customer experience of all stakeholders within the complexity of the harbor system.

Abstract
This project thesis seeks to examine how the implementation of personas and customer journey frameworks inside the Carlo Riva International Harbor enables the real estate developer Bizzi&Partners to re-imagine the final customer experience of all stakeholders within the complexity of the harbor system.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
