Affordable housing in Hesarak, Karaj : with focus on semi-open spaces and privacy, Karaj Iran

There is a housing crisis in all Iranian cities, including Karaj. The most important issue in the housing crisis is the housing prices. Therefore, the possibility of building affordable housing is of great importance. Low-cost housing is currently built with the lowest quality and does not meet the needs of the residents. Therefore, the question was raised, how to design affordable housing that is different from the current situation, considering local peoples's needs and culture. In this project, the area of ​​Hesarek in karaj has been selected as an area with poor economic class. The plot of the affordable housing project in Hesarek is 890 square meters, and in this project 30 housing units for a population between 75 and 110 people was designed. The special approach of this project is to recreate the semi-open spaces for each unit while maintaining privacy.

C’è una crisi abitativa in tutte le città iraniane, inclusa Karaj. La questione più importante nella crisi immobiliare sono i prezzi delle case. Pertanto, la possibilità di costruire alloggi a prezzi accessibili è di grande importanza. Attualmente gli alloggi a basso costo sono costruiti con la qualità più bassa e non soddisfano le esigenze dei residenti. Pertanto, è stata sollevata la questione di come progettare alloggi a prezzi accessibili diversi dalla situazione attuale, considerando i bisogni e la cultura delle popolazioni locali. In questo progetto, la zona di Hesarek a Karaj è stata selezionata come zona di classe economica povera. Il terreno del progetto di edilizia economica a Hesarek è di 890 metri quadrati, e in questo progetto sono state progettate 30 unità abitative per una popolazione compresa tra 75 e 110 persone. L'approccio speciale di questo progetto è quello di ricreare gli spazi semiaperti per ogni unità mantenendo la privacy.
