Abstract
The Ayoreo as indigenous communities in Paraguay represent their own nation and the nature of Eami. As well as a tangible reality of critical aspects and paradigms from various anthropological, historical and sociocultural points of view. A parallel reality is one in which architecture, from its intuitive principle of refuge, has reaffirmed spatial conceptions linked to the cosmovisions of living, being crucial during cultural transitions or crises. The project is based on the ayoreo communities currently positioned in Carmelo Peralta east of the Paraguayan Chaco, “Puerto María Auxiliadora” where the entity of the school acts as a critical point and cultural return becoming the main axis for the architectural project. The cosmovisions of the Ayoreo culture since its colonization history has seen the educational entity as contrariant and also hegemonic, but at the same time familiar and idealized. The project believes in a learning entity that claims its identity through its collective structure and vision to be a space for symbolic insurgency and strengthening its traditions and sense of cultural belonging, highlighting the interculturality that they face daily.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
