The primary objective of this thesis is the efficient renovation of a real structure located in Lecco, along Via Aspromonte, near the lake of Lecco. Collaborating with Valassi S.r.l. company, the current owner of the site, the goal was to transform the existing building, consisting of a ground floor, a first floor and an attic, of about 1,600 square meters, into a new residence that accommodates students belonging to bachelor's or master's degree programs, doctoral students, researchers, as well as other professionals who need greater independence. The idea is to design a cohesive environment where young people can reside, study and socialize harmoniously, while promoting social and international inclusion, environmental and economic sustainability. Each point was designed with reference to principles such as optimizing space, adopting passive strategies, and incorporating innovative and smart energy technologies to maximize energy efficiency. Ultimately, this project aims to establish a sustainable and enriching footprint within the Lecco student area.
L'obiettivo primario di questa tesi è la ristrutturazione efficiente di una struttura reale situata a Lecco, lungo via Aspromonte, in prossimità del lago di Lecco. Collaborando con l'azienda Valassi Srl, attuale proprietaria del lotto, l'obiettivo è stato quello di trasformare l'edificio esistente, composto da piano terra, piano primo e sottotetto, per un totale di circa 1600 metri quadrati, in una nuova residenza che accolga studenti appartenenti a corsi di laurea triennale o magistrale, dottorandi, ricercatori, così come altre figure professionali che necessitano di una maggiore indipendenza. L'idea è stata quella di progettare un ambiente coeso dove i giovani possano risiedere, studiare e socializzare in modo armonioso, promuovendo al contempo l'inclusione sociale e internazionale, la sostenibilità ambientale ed economica. Ogni punto è stato pensato facendo riferimento a principi come l'ottimizzazione degli spazi, l'adozione di strategie passive e l'incorporazione di tecnologie energetiche innovative ed intelligenti per massimizzare l'efficienza energetica. In definitiva, questo progetto mira a stabilire un'impronta sostenibile e di arricchimento all'interno del territorio studentesco lecchese.
