This thesis explores the potential of Service Design tools and methodologies to enhance the social integration of migrant women through feminist organisations, with a focus on Archive Sites Milan. By promoting Social Vinculation, the research investigates how this organisation builds internal connections within its team and members, while also fostering external links with the local communities of NoLo and Via Padova. The study underscores the significance of understanding the specific context of migrant women, identifying their personal resources alongside those available in the neighbourhood. These insights help establish meaningful partnerships with local stakeholders, ultimately increasing the effectiveness of services provided. The goal is to ensure that activities and services genuinely contribute to the social integration of migrant women. Through a participatory design approach, the voices and experiences of these women actively shape the development of gender-inclusive solutions, empowering all participants to engage fully in the community.
