This report presents my six-month internship at Hikvision France as a test engineer, with a focus on technical support, product testing projects, and project development with Hik-robot. Hikvision is a technology company specializing in the research, development, and sales of cutting-edge security products and IoT-related products. Before starting the internship, I often wondered how large technology companies align their projects step by step until ffnal implementation. During the internship, I actively participated in a custom project for thermal imaging products and their associated apps, various security and surveillance product testing projects, as well as an automation system development project using Hik-robot technologies. From a newcomer to the company, progressing to short-term projects, product testing, and ffnally to practical development of automated systems based on mature products, I gradually understood the complete process from project planning to project implementation in a tech company. In the early stage of the internship, I participated in company training, gradually learned about the security industry, and completed several short-term projects and technical support tasks. During the product testing phase, I tested Hikvision’s latest product—the body camera—assessing its performance, usability, and compliance with customer requirements. I collaborated with the R&D department to provide feedback based on the test results to optimize the product. In the automation system development phase, I was responsible for programming Hik-robot’s automated warehouse system. I developed a multithreaded control system for the warehouse robots to ensure logistical efffciency and resolve task confficts in multi-operator environments. This experience allowed me to apply my technical skills to real-world scenarios, deepen my understanding of security and automation technologies, and gain insights into the professional development process. Through this internship, I acquired valuable skills in technical support, product testing, and automated system development, laying a solid foundation for my future career.
Questo rapporto presenta il mio tirocinio di sei mesi presso Hikvision France come ingegnere di test, concentrandomi su supporto tecnico, progetti di test sui prodotti e sviluppo di progetti con Hik-robot. Hikvision è un’azienda tecnologica specializzata nella ricerca, sviluppo e vendita di prodotti di sicurezza all’avanguardia e prodotti correlati all’IoT. Prima di iniziare il tirocinio, mi chiedevo spesso come le grandi aziende tecnologiche allineassero i loro progetti passo dopo passo ffno alla loro implementazione ffnale. Durante il tirocinio, ho partecipato attivamente a un progetto su misura per i prodotti di imaging termico e le relative applicazioni, a vari progetti di test di prodotti di sicurezza e sorveglianza, nonché a un progetto di sviluppo di sistemi di automazione utilizzando le tecnologie Hik-robot. Da neoffta in azienda, progredendo verso progetti a breve termine, test sui prodotti e inffne allo sviluppo pratico di sistemi automatizzati basati su prodotti maturi, ho gradualmente compreso l’intero processo, dalla pianiffcazione alla realizzazione del progetto in un’azienda tecnologica. Nella fase iniziale del tirocinio, ho partecipato alla formazione aziendale, imparato gradualmente sull’industria della sicurezza e completato diversi progetti a breve termine e compiti di supporto tecnico. Durante la fase di test sui prodotti, ho testato l’ultimo prodotto di Hikvision—la body camera—valutandone le prestazioni, l’usabilità e la conformità ai requisiti del cliente. Ho collaborato con il reparto di ricerca e sviluppo per fornire feedback basati sui risultati dei test per ottimizzare il prodotto. Nella fase di sviluppo del sistema di automazione, sono stato responsabile della programmazione del sistema automatizzato di magazzino di Hik-robot. Ho sviluppato un sistema di controllo multithreading per i robot del magazzino per garantire l’efffcienza logistica e risolvere i conffitti di compiti in ambienti con più operatori. Questa esperienza mi ha permesso di applicare le mie competenze tecniche a scenari reali, approfondire la mia comprensione delle tecnologie di sicurezza e automazione e acquisire preziose conoscenze sul processo di sviluppo professionale. Grazie a questo tirocinio, ho acquisito competenze preziose nel supporto tecnico, nei test sui prodotti e nello sviluppo di sistemi automatizzati, ponendo una solida base per la mia futura carriera.
