In today's digitalized and fast-paced world, having clean, updated, and relevant data provides a significant competitive advantage for organizations that utilize business analytics to uncover insights that enhance their performance. This work integrates SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud technologies in a retail company's data analytics project. With support from SDG Group, models for the e-commerce and marketing areas have been developed to assist stakeholders in decision-making. The project integrates diverse data sources, such as Google Analytics, ad platforms, and Hybris, into SAP Datasphere to create a unified data warehouse. The document details the data models created, including the transformations and calculation logic for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used by business users. Through interactive and dynamic dashboards, the project effectively delivers valuable insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
In un mondo digitalizzato e frenetico come oggi, disporre di dati puliti, aggiornati e pertinenti rappresenta un vantaggio competitivo significativo per le organizzazioni che utilizzano la business analytics per scoprire insights che migliorano le loro prestazioni. Questo lavoro integra le tecnologie SAP Datasphere e SAP Analytics Cloud nel progetto di analisi dei dati di un'azienda di retail. Con il supporto di SDG Group, sono stati sviluppati modelli per le aree di e-commerce e marketing per assistere gli stakeholder nel processo decisionale. Il progetto integra diverse fonti di dati, come Google Analytics, piattaforme pubblicitarie e Hybris, in SAP Datasphere per creare un data warehouse unificato. Il documento illustra in dettaglio i modelli di dati creati, comprese le trasformazioni e la logica di calcolo dei Key Performance Indicators (KPI) utilizzati dagli utenti aziendali.
