Since ancient times, humans have made excellent use of the dog, both physically and behaviorally, which meant that this animal is now commonly considered "man's best friend." The project stems from the idea of giving new support to all owners: the kennel box is designed for the transport of dogs in the hold of the airplane. Today, in a culture that in many countries of the world is becoming westernized, the importance of owning a dog is causing important growth in the pet product market. In addition, organizations such as Save the Dogs and other Animals, which rescues stray from roads and kennels in Romania, seek for a better life for the dogs through adoption. For these animals, like for those lucky ones who already have a house, there are still constraints and problems related to air transport. Noise, darkness, fear and stress, can cause damage to the animal and its behavior also causing continuous stress to the owner. Issues also arise with the airlines: they allow the boarding of small dogs in the cabin, while all larger breeds must travel in the hold. The kennel box was designed, therefore, for those dogs that, because of their physical characteristics, must travel in the hold of the airplane.

Abstract
From the analysis carried out, both on behavioral and comfort, was sketched a concept for a dual audience. Security, isolation, warmth and tranquility are the essential points about the canine passenger. Ergonomics, hygiene, space and comfort, however, characterize what is of fundamental importance to the owner. For the realization of the product, the polypropylene foam co-injected with polypropylene, makes the carrier strong, safe, lightweight and insulating. The study of sections of the slits for air circulation is thought to allow a good ventilation, together with a penetration of less noise inside the kennel box and maintaining a constant temperature. To remedy the problems caused by the total situation of darkness, the inside walls of the cage are made with the addition, during molding, of a photo luminescent pigment which, by absorbing stray light, gives the dog a chance to have a brighter ambience while in the kennel.
