Many things, like how much more people know about the harm they do to the earth and the tight rules set, mainly in Europe, have made being eco-friendly a big deal lately. More and more of our firms now care a lot about this. To respond to this need, many very interesting corporate sustainability tools and projects have been developed, including the use of the so-called Carbon Credits; although these initiatives are very widespread, however, they often only concern the infrastructure of a company and the management group that makes decisions, neglecting to involve all employees who could make a significant contribution in limiting the company's environmental impact, adopting innovative sustainability practices, developed specifically for them. The paper talks about Virtuosity, a mobile app made to help with this need. The app, built with Flutter, aims to track, confirm, and log the virtuous actions of its users. If they do well, they are rewarded with tokens released on blockchain, a safe and public ledger that cannot be changed. These can be exchanged between users and partner companies that offer welfare and/or benefits. Companies will be able to use them as if they are real Carbon Credits to be included in their sustainability report to offset consumption. The thesis will initially introduce theoretically the various concepts on which the application is based, after it will go into the details of the various implementation choices, the security measures adopted with different code examples, future developments and the possibilities of expansion of the application.

Abstract
The thesis will initially introduce theoretically the various concepts on which the application is based, after it will go into the details of the various implementation choices, the security measures adopted with different code examples, future developments and the possibilities of expansion of the application.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
