The former Lanzo d’Intelvi - Santa Margherita funicular, now in a state of abandonment, represents a fragment of landscape suspended between memory and decay. Located in Alta Valle Intelvi, on the border between Italy and Switzerland, it preserves a strong territorial and identity value, closely linked to the relationship between mountain and lake. Within this forgotten structure takes shape a music festival based on the use of vinyl, which for three days reactivates the place through sound, light, and human presence. The event unfolds along the route of the funicular, articulated in three modes of listening: individual, shared, and collective. The architectural space is gradually activated through the presence of the visitors, who define its rhythm and intensity. In this process, sound becomes space, transforming into an immaterial substance capable of generating relationships, evoking memory, and restoring life to a forgotten place, where landscape and architecture once again become part of a single, sensitive experience.

Abstract
In this process, sound becomes space, transforming into an immaterial substance capable of generating relationships, evoking memory, and restoring life to a forgotten place, where landscape and architecture once again become part of a single, sensitive experience.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
