The research examines Pucarani, Bolivia, addressing urban sprawl, farmland degradation, and ecological fragility. It proposes sustainable regional development by rebuilding agro-pastoral systems and reconnecting urban and rural areas. Working across three scales, it introduces ecological corridors (L-scale), an agricultural education and agri-food network (M-scale), and key productive hubs like the Food Innovation and housing community(S-scale). The project integrates green infrastructure and a hierarchical mobility system to support logistics and daily life, aiming to increase productivity, create jobs, limit sprawl, and restore environmental quality.
