Responsabilità del tecnico Secondo il Codice Deontologico

The thesis will focus on the code of conduct to which the activities of engineers must conform. The principles on which the code is based will be analyzed, along with an overview of the origins of the profession and the provisions concerning responsibility. Brief references will then be made to the disciplinary proceedings brought against engineers who are found responsible for violations of the code of conduct, accompanied by a short case study.

La tesi sarà focalizzata sul codice deontologico (code of conduct) cui le attività dell'ingegnere devono essere conformi. Verranno analizzati i principi su cui il codice si fonda, unitamente a cenni sulle origini della professione e le previsioni che riguardano le responsabilità. Saranno poi fatti cenni al procedimento disciplinare disposto contro gli ingegneri che si rendano responsabili di violazioni del codice deontologico, allegando una breve casistica.
