The Italian pension system is characterized by considerable regulatory complexity, making it difficult for citizens to independently assess their contributory position and future pension prospects. Companies in the pension advisory sector respond to this need by producing personalized reports documenting the client's situation and projecting future scenarios. At CiaoElsa, this process has traditionally been manual: advisors transcribe numerical values by hand from large simulation PDFs into structured templates, a time-consuming, repetitive, and error-prone task that does not scale adequately with the number of clients. This thesis presents the design and implementation of a report generation module integrated into CiaoElsa's internal backoffice. The system automatically extracts simulation data from the proprietary PDF output of the simulation tool and personal data from the client's XML contributory statement issued by INPS, the Italian national social security institute, using them to populate a structured report. An integrated text editor allows advisors to review and customize the document without external tools, and the completed report can be exported as a PDF. The resulting tool reduces the average report drafting time from 2-4 hours to approximately 1 hour. The time that remains is spent entirely on higher-value activities (interpreting results and writing personalized commentary) rather than on mechanical data transcription, which was the core objective of the project.

Abstract
The time that remains is spent entirely on higher-value activities (interpreting results and writing personalized commentary) rather than on mechanical data transcription, which was the core objective of the project.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
