This research develops a design-centered conceptual framework for the renaturalisation of the Lomellina region in south-western Lombardy, an area abundant in natural resources and traditional heritage. Grounded in the balanced symbiosis between humans and the environment, the project proposes an open-air arts festival embedded within the local landscape. By merging art, nature and folk celebrations, this festival aims to strengthen community identity, safeguard heritage and advance sustainable development. The design process unfolds in three stages: research into local festivals, the integration of natural elements into festive activities, and the formulation of a sustainable long-term vision. The ultimate goal is to establish a circular economy model that can be implemented across the entire Lomellina territory.

Abstract
The ultimate goal is to establish a circular economy model that can be implemented across the entire Lomellina territory.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
