Analysis of incidents in an internal project

After having completed all disciplines of the course of the Master of Science in Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering, having done further research and having carried out some Internal Projects, I found out that could be interesting and helpful analyse a previous project implemented in the early years of my professional career. This study consists in the identification and analysis of the major incidents that occurred in the implementation of my first internal project. This project was one of the main reasons that brought me back to school to learn more about management. After a brief characterization of internal projects, an overview of the PMI process for the Project Management is shown. Following, the project is described, and the incidents are described as their impacts. Finally, a literature review and analysis in the PMI process is done in order to find possible solutions for these incidents.
