Abstract
The starting point of the project is the Laboratorio di Sintesi Finale, that inquired into the topic of the deconstruction of the moment of food consumption by the nomadic citizen, looking at the Expo 2015 in Milan. The interpretative keys underlying the project are plug-in, packed and fast. People has changed the way to consume food from the origins until today. The current life style often causes an incorrect and poor nutrition: this is in contrast with the model suggested by nutritionists, who recommend us to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. The scenario of the project has been identified in places linked to flows of the nomadic citizien such as railway stations and subways, airports, ports and shipping places of pedestrians. A deep analys The analysis of the relations space-user-product has defined the concept of the project. The dispenser is located along the users’ flows and it’s integrated with the space. It follows the user’s walk offering him the chance to buy a fast healthy snack. The structure is light and modular and this allows to have several combinations depending on the space. The fruit packaging is transportable and it has a low environmental impact. This is a very important requirement for a user as the nomadic citizen, who totally lives the city and projects himself in the future.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
