Studio di un elettrodomestico da incasso con doppia funzionalità di lavaggio : lavatrice-lavastoviglie

ISSUE The market for household-electric appliances generates an offer of differentiated products, but currently there is no convergence between the dishwashers and the washing machine, although both processes are based on similar principles of functioning and should meet the same needs: to guarantee the cleanliness of the products with the use of water and detergents. OBJECTiVES Design of a household appliance recessed Office from the top with double feature for washing dishes (four covered minimum) and garments, suitable for reduced living spaces, equivalent to studio/apartments. The reference target are the single and/or couples and the residences. The area of residence, both for professional use that tourist, it is in strong growth, also on the basis to research carried out in person, and now it is potentially interested in this type of product. RESULTS The project in its complexity wants to present himself as an exercise to deepen and propose solutions to some problems during the phase of engineering. The combo-unit guarantees the washing dishes of at least four covered, as established in departure, with the possibility to load up to seven covered configuring properly the grid of dishes; also the upper part allows the loading, unloading and is also a plan support for the conduct of discharge and is also support a plan for the performance of the normal operations in the kitchen. The product is position in a middle range between the two existing, washing machines and dishwashers.

AMBITO PROBLEMATICO Il mercato degli elettrodomestici genera un’offerta di prodotti differenziata, ma attualmente non esiste nessuna convergenza tra il lavaggio delle stoviglie e quello degli indumenti, sebbene ambedue i processi si basino su principi di funzionamento simili e debbano rispondere alle stesse esigenze: garantire la pulizia dei prodotti con l’uso di acqua e detergenti. OBIETTIVI Progettazione di un elettrodomestico da incasso a carica dall’alto con doppia funzionalità di lavaggio per stoviglie (quattro coperti minimo) e indumenti, adatto a spazi abitativi ridotti, assimilabili a monolocali/bilocali. Il target di riferimento sono il single e/o le coppie e i residences. Il settore dei residence, sia ad uso professionale che turistico, è in forte crescita, anche in base a ricerche effettuate di persona, e risulta essere potenzialmente interessato a questa tipologia di prodotto. RISULTATI OTTENUTI Il progetto nella sua complessità vuole presentarsi come esercizio per approfondire e proporre soluzioni ad alcune problematiche riscontrate durante la fase di ingegnerizzazione. L’elettrodomestico garantisce il lavaggio stoviglie di minimo quattro coperti, come prefissatomi in partenza, con la possibilità di caricare fino a sette coperti configurando opportunamente la griglia delle stoviglie; inoltre la parte superiore consente il carico, scarico e costituisce anche un piano d’appoggio per lo svolgimento delle normali operazioni di cucina. Il prodotto trova posizione in una fascia intermedia tra le due esistenti, lavatrici e lavastoviglie.
