Un piccolo teatro in Grecia. La trasformazione di due case in uno spazio culturale

The main subject of this thesis is the design of a small theater - multipurpose space in the context of a group of buildings in the adjacent area of "Agios Ioannis” (St. John) in the city of Kavala in Greece. The thesis is part of a larger project with the purpose of creating a complex in the city which will be known for its culture and art. This space is consisted of a set of functions, housed in three neighbour buildings that are part of a preservable complex, which has not been yet used from the Greek state. The common part of the project is developed in collaboration with the students: Vasileios Varnas (nm 732784) and Panagiotis Xanthos (nm 732791) that project respectively, a hybrid space between a coffeehouse and a library and an exhibiting space with exhibitions of posters and advertising, temporary or permanent

Tema di questa tesi è la progettazione di un piccolo teatro - sala multiuso nel contesto della integrazione di edifici conservabili adiacenti nel quartiere di “Agios Ioannis” (San Giovanni) della città di Kavala, in Grecia. La tesi fa parte di un progetto più ampio con intenzione di creare uno spazio nella città che sarà riferimento alla sua cultura e arte. Questo spazio è costi tuito da un insieme di funzioni, ospitate in tre diversi edifici adiacenti che fanno parte di un unico complesso conservabile, che finora non è stato utilizzato dallo stato greco. La parte comune del progett o si sviluppa in collaborazione con gli studenti Vasileios Varnas (nm 732784) e Panagiotis Xanthos (nm 732791) che progettano, rispetti vamente, uno spazio ibrido di caffetteria - libreria - biblioteca ed uno spazio espotivo con mostre di pubblicità e manifesti, temporanee e permanenti .
