Da-sein esserci. Progetto di una comunità

According to estimates made within the European Community the people who have difficulties moving in the urban area represent a very large proportion, estimated at over 20% of the population. From this fact and based on my personal experience, I have a disabled sister, me and my family we constantly encounter the inconvenience of visiting certain places, and spaces; the objective of my thesis, is to project a community for all and accessible to everyone. The main objectives of my project are: to promote social inclusion as much as possible, implement measures to promote the acquisition of individual autonomy through daily activities, cognitive and social capacity building, providing support and aid to handicapped and his family. Wanting to meet the above requirements , the project is formed by a "part" more social welfare and one other more social rehabilitation. Special attention was given to the relationship between landscape and the people who frequent the community. This link, in my opinion, it is essential, as it is thanks to enjoy nature in which we live that you can benefit from, the nature of "touches" and the atmosphere around us, which are transformed into emotions that stimulate our senses, all factors that are acting in the project because they cannot help but benefit the health of us all and especially those who are forced by illness or disability cannot always choose to stay or go. One of my greatest ambitions and goals is to create a place where all people can access freely express their emotions without limitation imposed by the society in which they live or by their physical or sensory limitations, so it is this dream that was born this My thesis project that I hope will be a "possible answer" to this. As the title of my job I have chosen the word DA-SEIN: project of community. DA-SEIN is a German word that has several meanings, including BE THERE, BE THERE FOR YOURSELF AND FOR OTHERS. The there for people who need it most, as they do not self-sufficient, I think as I have already written a principle and a value which must be based on a community.

Secondo stime elaborate in sede di Comunità Europea le persone che hanno difficoltà, nello spostarsi nell’ambito del tessuto urbano, sono una percentuale molto elevata, stimata oltre il 20% della popolazione. Partendo da questa realtà e sulla base della mia esperienza personale, avendo in famiglia una sorella disabile su carrozzina dalla nascita, io e la mia famiglia spesso incontriamo dei disagi nel visitare determinati luoghi e spazi; l’obiettivo di questo mio progetto di tesi pertanto è quello di progettare una comunità rivolta a tutti ed accessibile a chiunque. I principali obiettivi del mio progetto sono: favorire l'integrazione sociale, attuare interventi volti all'acquisizione dell'autonomia individuale, potenziamento delle capacità cognitive e relazionali, offrire un sostegno ed un aiuto al portatore di handicap e alla sua famiglia. Volendo rispondere alle esigenze sopra citate il progetto è formato quindi da una “parte” socio-assistenziale ed un’altra più socio-riabilitativa. Un’attenzione particolare è stata data al rapporto tra paesaggio, e le persone che frequentano la comunità stessa. Questo legame, è imprescindibile, poiché la natura ci circonda di atmosfere, che si trasformano in emozioni e stimolano i nostri sensi, fattori che sono gravitati nel progetto poiché non possono far altro che giovare alla salute di tutti noi ed in particolare di coloro che sono costretti da malattie o disabilità a non poter sempre scegliere dove stare o dove andare. Una mia più grande ambizione ed obiettivo è quello di realizzare un luogo ove ogni persona possa accedere liberamente, esprimere le proprie emozioni senza limitazioni imposte dai propri limiti fisici o sensoriali; è da questo sogno che nasce questo mio progetto di tesi che spero possa essere una “possibile risposta” a tutto questo. Come titolo del mio lavoro ho scelto la parola DA-SEIN: progetto di una comunità. DA-SEIN è una parola tedesca che possiede diversi significati, tra i quali ESSERCI, ESSERCI PER SE STESSI E PER GLI ALTRI. L’esserci per le persone che hanno più bisogno, poiché non autosufficienti, credo sia come già ho scritto un principio ed un valore sul quale deve fondarsi una comunità.
