The purpose of this project is to propose a business plan for a small-size Italian company, which is willing to enter China market in furniture industry. As the early stage of any international project is associated with the highest level of uncertainty, an appropriate management of such stage can enhance the likelihood of eventual commercialization success of products and services. As the part of the project, the initial framework is proposed based upon previous research on related subjects while the role of detailed evaluation methods of market is stressed. This business plan presents the applicability of the proposed framework to a real case which I have been working on for own consultancy business, started from August, 2011. The initial framework is adapted to complement any weakness realized. The theoretical implication of this project is not particularly focused, but to build a systematic approach which allows the practitioners to assess the commercialization potential of an early-stage international project as an actor of small/medium size Italian company, within a targeted marketplace in China with a collection of specific plan, evaluation, complementation and control methods. Abstract
Please be aware, this business plan is confidential. It involves confidential material, knowledge, information that wishes to restrict access to or by third parties.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
