The entire work focuses on the problematic context of the retail system, investigated through the observation and analysis of innovative shopping points which represent the core issues in the trade and relationships between consumers and brands. The thesis points out, through the study of the points of purchase, commonly called POP, the narrative dimensions of consumption which in turn generate different types of emotional experiences. The aim we want to achieve is to generate a new narrative dimension, a micro-narration, inside the retail spaces, using the POP as surfaces able to handle the narrative and relational instruments to persuade the consumer. The products are the result of the designing process generating from the alteration of the three factors, Space, Time and Relationship, that in turn arise several types of experiences of great vitality.

Abstract
The entire work focuses on the problematic context of the retail system, investigated through the observation and analysis of innovative shopping points which represent the core issues in the trade and relationships between consumers and brands. The thesis points out, through the study of the points of purchase, commonly called POP, the narrative dimensions of consumption which in turn generate different types of emotional experiences. The aim we want to achieve is to generate a new narrative dimension, a micro-narration, inside the retail spaces, using the POP as surfaces able to handle the narrative and relational instruments to persuade the consumer. The products are the result of the designing process generating from the alteration of the three factors, Space, Time and Relationship, that in turn arise several types of experiences of great vitality.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
